At Blanche Floral Designs, we take great care in crafting our sympathy arrangements. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or partial refund.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement:

The wrong arrangement was delivered.
The flowers arrived damaged or wilted.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

Email blanchfloraldesigns@gmail.com with details and pictures or call us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
